Workshop Coupon Terms & Conditions

Coupon Ownership & Transfer

Coupons are issued free to the named workshop participant. They are non-transferable, cannot be sold and have no cash redemption value.

Eligible Admission

Coupons apply to one new admission in the eligible course and learning mode printed on the coupon. They cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing admission.

Combining Coupons

One Career Starter Coupon and one linked Skill Challenge Reward Coupon from the same workshop may be combined, up to the maximum amount printed. Coupons from multiple workshops cannot be accumulated.

Other Promotional Discounts

Workshop coupons cannot be added to early-bird, alumni, referral or other promotional discounts. Students may choose whichever eligible offer gives them the lower final payable fee.

Applicable Tuition Fee

The discount applies to the published standard tuition fee for the selected course, mode and batch at the time of admission. The coupon does not lock the underlying course fee unless expressly stated.

Excluded Charges

Separately quoted hardware, accommodation, transport and other non-tuition charges are excluded. The complete fee, discount and final payable amount will be disclosed before payment.

Coupon Presentation & Validity

Present the coupon before making the first admission payment and complete admission by the printed expiry date. Course eligibility and seat availability apply; holding a coupon does not reserve a seat.

Exit-Test Rewards

Exit-test rewards follow the score bands announced before the test. One valid attempt is permitted per student, and only the applicable score-band reward is issued.

Verification & Redemption

Redemption requires verification against Kernel Masters’ coupon records. Each coupon may be redeemed once. A lost coupon may be reissued after verification.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests follow the course policy provided before payment and applicable requirements. The coupon itself cannot be refunded as cash.

Validity of Coupon Benefits

The recorded coupon amount and benefits will be honoured throughout the printed validity period under the terms issued with the coupon.
