New admissions only. The offers apply to the Industrial Embedded AI & IoT Software Developer Online Program for Engineering Students & Fresh Graduates.
  • 2nd/3rd Year Engineering Students
  • 4th Year Engineering Students
  • Fresh Graduates

Does submitting an enquiry lock the current offer fee?

No. An enquiry or counselling request by itself does not reserve the Super Early Bird or Early Bird fee.

Admission requirements + payment must be completed within the applicable offer period.

What happens after each offer deadline?

The applicable fee changes automatically with the offer period.
  • Super Early Bird — ₹39,500/-: applies through 26th August 2026.
  • Early Bird — ₹44,500/-: applies after the Super Early Bird period and through 31st August 2026.
  • Regular Program Fee — ₹49,500/-: applies after the Early Bird period ends.

Is GST included in the displayed program fees?

Yes — GST is included.

The Regular Program Fee, Super Early Bird Fee and Early Bird Fee displayed on this page are inclusive of GST.

Can an offer be combined with another scholarship or discount?

No, unless Kernel Masters specifically announces otherwise in writing for the applicable admission.

Is there a scholarship test for these Online offers?

No scholarship test.

This Online Career Program uses direct time-bound admission offers rather than a scholarship-test-based fee reduction.

Can Kernel Masters modify, extend or withdraw an offer?

Yes — but only for future or unconfirmed admissions.
  • Kernel Masters may modify, extend or withdraw an offer according to the applicable admission terms.
  • A later offer change will not retrospectively alter an admission already confirmed under the applicable offer terms.

When is my admission considered confirmed?

Only after the required admission process and payment are completed.

Admission is considered confirmed when Kernel Masters has completed the applicable process and issued confirmation.

If I cannot continue, can I move to another batch?

A batch transfer may be considered for a genuine reason.

Approval depends on:

  • the reason for the request,
  • academic continuity,
  • seat availability, and
  • the applicable transfer terms.

If I discontinue the program, will I receive a complete refund?

Batch transfer is ordinarily considered before a refund where a student is unable to continue for a genuine reason.
  • A full refund is not ordinarily available after admission has been confirmed and program access/services have commenced.
  • Exceptions may apply where required under applicable law or specifically approved under the prevailing Kernel Masters policy.
  • Any applicable refund or adjustment is evaluated according to the circumstances, services already provided and the admission/refund policy in force.

Does missing classes automatically create a refund entitlement?

No. Missing scheduled sessions does not by itself constitute withdrawal or create an automatic session-wise refund entitlement.

Formal discontinuation or batch-transfer requests must follow the applicable process.

How should I request a batch transfer or discontinuation?

Submit the request through an official Kernel Masters communication channel.
  • Include the student’s admission details.
  • Clearly state the reason for the request.

The request is reviewed before any transfer, adjustment or other resolution is confirmed.

What happens if Kernel Masters cannot continue a scheduled batch?

An appropriate alternative batch or other applicable resolution may be offered first.

If a suitable alternative cannot be provided, the matter will be handled under the prevailing admission/refund policy and applicable law.

Are all live interactive sessions recorded?

No — do not assume every live interactive session will have a recording.
  • Recorded prerequisite/concept material may be provided for preparation and revision where applicable.
  • Recordings of live interactive sessions are generally not part of the regular course delivery.

What happens if I miss a live interactive session?

Students are expected to attend scheduled interactive sessions.
  • A recording should not be assumed to be available as a substitute for a missed live session.
  • Available course resources may be used for preparation and revision.

Can class timings or instructors change?

Reasonable changes may be made when academically or operationally necessary.

This can include session schedules, instructors or delivery arrangements, with appropriate communication and without materially reducing the overall program scope.

What technology is the student responsible for?

The student is responsible for maintaining the personal setup needed for Online participation.
  • a suitable computer,
  • a supported software environment,
  • stable internet connectivity, and
  • other required personal infrastructure.

Can I share my LMS/login credentials?

No. LMS and student login credentials are personal and non-transferable.

Sharing access may lead to suspension or other action under the applicable student-conduct policy.

Can I record, copy or redistribute course sessions/material?

No unauthorized recording, copying or redistribution.

The restriction applies to Kernel Masters:

  • course sessions,
  • LMS content,
  • assignments and source material, and
  • other protected learning resources.

Unauthorized sharing, uploading, redistribution or commercial use is not permitted.

Is the Raayan Mini hardware included in the program fee?

No. The required Raayan Mini hardware platform is purchased separately.

Hardware price, kit contents, applicable taxes, delivery and purchase details are communicated separately.

Is the Raayan Mini required for guided practical work?

Yes. Raayan Mini is required for the program’s guided practical assignments and classroom projects.

The platform is standardized so students can follow the same implementation, interfacing and debugging environment used during training.

What should I do immediately after receiving the hardware?

Complete the initial hardware check within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
  • Inspect the package and board for visible physical or transit damage.
  • Run the supplied Raayan Mini self-diagnostic/peripheral-test procedure.
  • Complete the diagnostic check before connecting external circuits, modifying the board or beginning normal practical use.

Instructional video: Use the official “How to Run the Raayan Mini Self-Diagnostic Test” guide provided by Kernel Masters.

▶ WATCH SELF-DIAGNOSTIC GUIDE

What if I find physical damage or a peripheral failure during the initial check?

Report the issue within the initial hardware inspection period.

Provide the requested supporting details, such as:

  • photos,
  • video,
  • diagnostic result, or
  • other requested evidence.

Kernel Masters will review the reported delivery/initial-condition issue and provide the applicable support or resolution.

What happens if the board is damaged after I start using it?

Student-side damage after use is not the responsibility of Kernel Masters.

This includes damage caused by:

  • incorrect wiring, short circuits or reverse polarity,
  • incorrect voltage or power supply,
  • ESD, liquid exposure or physical damage,
  • unauthorized modification, misuse or other student-side handling.

A genuine manufacturing defect, where applicable, will be handled according to the relevant hardware warranty/support terms and applicable law.

Can I use another STM32 board instead?

You may independently experiment with other hardware, but guided program work is standardized around Raayan Mini.

Using another board may not match the provided lab instructions, interfaces or debugging workflow.

Can I change from Online to Offline later?

A mode change may be considered, but it is not automatic.
  • It is subject to approval and seat availability.
  • Any fee difference is based on the fee structure applicable at the student’s original admission.
  • Applicable processing charges may be communicated before the mode change is finalized.

Does paying the program fee automatically guarantee course completion or certification?

No. Payment alone does not guarantee course completion or certification.

Completion/certification depends on meeting the applicable academic requirements, such as:

  • required learning activities,
  • assessments,
  • assignments,
  • projects, and
  • other communicated completion conditions.

What happens if assignments or projects are copied?

Assignments, assessments and projects must reflect the student’s own work and understanding.

Plagiarism, unauthorized copying, impersonation or other academic misconduct may result in rejection of the work.

Can the syllabus or learning sequence be updated?

Yes. Reasonable curriculum or delivery updates may be made to keep the program technically relevant.

This may include updates to the curriculum, tools, platform or learning sequence, provided the overall learning purpose and program scope are maintained.

Does the program guarantee a job?

No. 100% Placement Opportunity does not mean guaranteed employment.

Final hiring depends on student preparation/performance and employer requirements.

Will every student be submitted to every company?

No. Every student is not automatically submitted to every company.

If a hiring company asks Kernel Masters to screen or shortlist candidates against particular requirements, Kernel Masters must follow that employer’s screening or shortlisting process.

Who makes the final hiring decision?

The hiring company makes the final selection decision.

The decision is based on the employer’s own role requirements, assessments, interviews and recruitment process.

May an Online student need to attend an Offline placement drive?

Yes. Some employers may require an in-person recruitment process.

This can include an in-person test, interview, campus drive or other Offline recruitment activity. Students are responsible for attending when required by the applicable hiring process.

What behaviour can lead to restriction of program access?

Serious or repeated misconduct may lead to disciplinary action or restriction of access.

This includes:

  • harassment, abuse or deliberate disruption,
  • impersonation or cheating,
  • credential sharing or unauthorized access,
  • misuse of institute systems, and
  • unauthorized redistribution of learning material.

Appropriate action may include temporary or permanent restriction of access where justified.

Are students responsible for following technical safety instructions?

Yes. Students must follow the communicated hardware, electrical, software and lab-safety instructions.

Damage or loss caused by ignoring prescribed usage/safety requirements may not be covered by Kernel Masters support.
