Description
The JQ6500-16P MP3 Audio Voice Module is an advanced standalone sound playback module designed to add high-quality voice, sound, or music playback to embedded and automation systems.
Equipped with the JQ6500-16P chipset, it integrates on-board 16 Mbit (2 MB) flash memory, a 24-bit DAC audio engine, and multiple control interfaces including UART serial and 5-key hardware trigger inputs.
The 16-pin layout provides speaker outputs, line-out pins, and power flexibility, making it suitable for both stand-alone and microcontroller-controlled operation.

Usage Tips

Trigger Mode: Connect buttons to pins K1–K5 to play MP3 files (e.g., 001.mp3 → K1, 002.mp3 → K2).

Serial Mode: Connect TX/RX to your MCU UART (3.3 V/5 V) and use standard 0x7E command set for playback, volume, next/previous, etc.

Speaker Output: Use SPK+/SPK- for direct small speaker or DAC_L/DAC_R for external amplifier.

Use JQ6500 PC Uploader to copy MP3 files into flash (Windows utility).
